Honestly pained me a lot when Park said he disliked the chant the fans had for him but he never felt comfortable raising it as an issue during his playing days but he felt embarrassed by it in spite of how the chant was intended to come across by fans wanting to show their support and affection for him. I think this is why not all top level players can go on to be successful top level managers/coaches. It can be hard to teach something that came so naturally to such a coach/manager. It becomes about enhancing the squad abilities you have rather than what the manager/coach was able to do.
